Step 8: Before serving, check that the beef is no longer pink, as the cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the bread. Mine was about two inches thick.

When it’s cold outside, this meatloaf is the perfect warm, hearty dinner, plus it’s a nostalgic twist on a traditional favorite. Meatloaf is one of my boys favorite dinners, whether it’s Sunday or weekdays. Our family enjoys Italian meatloaf daily. Assembly only takes 10 minutes and is suitable for any day of the week.
