Peanut butter – creamy or crunchy both work!
Brown rice crisp cereal

How to make chocolate peanut butter crunch cups:
Take out a silicone muffin tin or grease a regular muffin tin and set aside (silicone is better for this because the cups just pop out!)
Melt chocolate chips in microwave or stovetop
Mix in the peanut butter and stir together
Add in cereal and mix well then fill each muffin cup with the chocolate mixture
Add the tray to the freezer to set for about an hour if not longer then remove from muffin tray and enjoy!
FAQs on making these crunchy dessert cups:
Can you use any chocolate you want for these? Yes! Dark or milk chocolate can both work here. I prefer dark chocolate taste wise but do what you prefer.
How long do these stay good in the freezer for? About 2 months in the freezer but they never last that long here 🙂 They don’t melt easily so you can also keep in fridge as well.
Are these a good snack for kids? Yes! My toddlers love them and ask for them for dessert all the time. You can also add in any other mix-in’s like sprinkles too.
