1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Glaze
3 tablespoons butter melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon granulated garlic

Line a 9×13 pan with foil and preheat oven to 350°F. Slice slider rolls in half and toast bottom half if desired.
Cook bacon in a skillet. Set aside on paper towls and crumble or chop.
Brown bround beef in bacon drippings. Cook beef until pink is gone; drain.
Turn heat to low and season with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stir in shredded cheese for 1 minute.
Spread ground beef mixture on bottom half of slider rolls. Sprinkle bacon on top. Add slices of cheddar cheese and replace top half of rolls.
Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Spoon or brush over the tops of the sliders. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
Fully cook ground beef before spreading on sliders
Leave rolls hooked together to save time while preparing and baking
Precooked bacon bits can be used, but frying bacon and then making ground beef in the bacon drippings adds so much flavor
For very mild palates cut amount of granulated garlic and Italian seasoning in the glaze in half
Shredded cheese OR slices of cheese can be doubled for a very cheesy cheeseburger slider
